Management
The programme is coordinated by a small team based at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS).
Andrea Cornwall (Programme Director)
Jenny Edwards (Programme Administrative Coordinator)
Tessa Lewin (Communications and Learning Officer)
Their role is to facilitate the programme-wide work planning, monitor progress and report on it to the funder, provide financial oversight, facilitate networking and communication and establish structures and mechanisms to facilitate the work of the programme.
The programme then has a management group which meets twice a year to provide strategic planning and establish goals and core principles for the work of the programme. The management group consists of a representative from each of the hubs and from the development partner, a representative from IDS and the coordination team:

The role of the Consortium Advisory Group is to provide an approval and quality assurance mechanism. The group consists of established academic and policy advisors and includes representatives chosen by the regional hubs.
